International Retreat 2018

What is it?

This is a 6 night retreat to relax, rejuvenate, and enjoy the natural beauty of the Brazilian highlands in Chapada dos Veadeiros. Our yoga retreats offer an experience of yoga as a complete whole, including the physical postures, the lifestyle, the philosophy, and the spiritual heart of yoga. This retreat is suitable for everyone, with any level of previous experience, including complete beginners.

All the classes in the retreat will be conducted in English.

Every day we will begin with mantras, meditation and a vinyasa style yoga class, followed by breakfast and a walk. Some days we will walk through our own nature trails to our private waterfalls, natural pools and scenic lookout points, and other days we will visit one of the local attractions. After lunch there is time to relax before our afternoon yoga class. In the evening we have kirtan (singing of mantras) and a talk on self-improvement and self-realization in yoga with Giridhari Das, followed by dinner.

We have several room options available, from single to double to shared. See below for the prices per person, which depend on which kind of accommodation you would like. The meals are fully vegan. Included in this retreat package are our outings to the incredible Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park with its 120m waterfall, and to the fascinating moon-like rock formations at Vale da Lua (Valley of the Moon), both a short drive from Pandavas Paradise.
